Overview

Cadence lets patients book a clinic visit in under a minute: choose a visit type, pick a provider, and select an open time from a live slot grid computed from each provider's availability minus what's already booked. Patients self-serve reschedule and cancel by reference, opt into SMS/email reminders, set recurring visits, and join a waitlist for cancellation fills. The front desk gets a day-grouped schedule and waitlist console, all audit-logged.
