Overview

Signet captures consent the compliant way. Patients open the exact version of a form in force — HIPAA authorization, telehealth, research, or procedure consent — read the full text, draw their signature, type their legal name, add a witness where required, and affirm intent. Every signature is sealed with a timestamp and IP for 21 CFR Part 11 attribution, bound to its template version, and issued a reference number with a printable receipt. Consents are revocable in writing and never deleted. A compliance console gives staff the signature register, template library, and a tamper-evident audit trail.
