Meet Our Founders
Two operators with 36 combined years in healthcare technology — building the platform we wished existed when we shipped our first HIPAA-compliant app.
Vijay brings over 21 years of experience in healthcare technology and regulatory compliance. Before co-founding VertiComply, he led engineering teams building HIPAA-compliant systems for hospitals, clinics, and digital health startups across the US and internationally.
His deep understanding of both the technical and regulatory sides of healthcare software drove the creation of VertiComply — a platform where compliance is built in from day one, not bolted on after the fact.
Garvita brings 15 years of experience designing and shipping production-grade software, with a focus on healthcare data platforms, secure architectures, and developer tooling. She co-founded VertiComply to translate the regulatory complexity of HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 into developer-friendly building blocks.
As CTO, Garvita leads product engineering and the AI code-generation engine — the work that lets developers ship secure, audit-ready healthcare applications in days instead of months.
